PVAMU Seat Preference Form

1. How much are season tickets for football?
Football Only starts at $80 for general admission bench seating, $205 for Football Reserved chairback seat, $230 for Football Club chairback seat. We also have the Panther Pack with Club seating option (includes all sporting events) for $350, and the Panther Pack with Reserved seating option (includes all sporting events with no complimentary hospitality and no free game day parking) for $325.


2. Is there a priority seating list?
Yes, the seating priority will be based on priority points for 2015 year. The priority is as follows: 
1st: AD's Club members who have accumulated priority points in 2015, 
2nd: All new season ticket holders and AD's Club members in order of purchase


3. Do I get a seat assignment when I pay for my seat? 
No, seating assignments are selected when you checkout.  You will be contacted by phone during the month of June to get your seat preference. Forms will also be sent via e-mail and can be returned to ljcollins@pvamu.edu.


4. Do I get to pick out my seat?
Patrons will be allowed to request which section they wish to be seated in (1st 6 rows, top 6 rows, etc). The ticket office will then assign a seat to each patron. 


5. When will I be assigned a seat?
All season ticket packages will be mailed no later than August 1, 2016. You can also pick up your tickets at Fan Fest on August 27 or at Labor Day Classic Game on September 4 at Will Call. 


6. Will there be a seat selection day?
Due to the volume of season ticket sales we will not pick seats during one day. The process will begin June 1st and finalize by June 30 


7. Is parking included? 

8. Can I park in the tailgate area with my season pass?
NO, parking will be in designated general parking areas.


9. What is included with Club level seating?
Patrons who purchase tickets on the Club level will be able to enjoy complimentary light refreshments until halftime. Alcohol will be available for purchase on the Club level.

11. Is handicap seating available?
Yes, there are reserved handicap spots available in the Panther Pack Club, Panther Pack    Reserve, Football Club and Football Reserve.  These wheelchair spots have a companion seat next to them that can be purchased also.You must contact the Ticket Office to reserve your spot.  There is also a handicap area in the General Admission seating for the Panther Pack and Football Pack which will be on a first come basis. The companion seating in these areas are bench seating and will not be reserved. 

12. When will individual game tickets go on sale?
They will go on sale August 2.


13. Will Reserve and Club seats be individually sold?
Yes, they will be if they are still available at that time.


14. Will individual game tickets be mailed?
No, they will not be mailed. Tickets can be picked up at Will Call on game day. You can also print from home, or bring them on your Vendini app to be scanned at the gate.


15. When will season ticket sales stop?
They will stop being sold on Friday July 29, 2016 at noon. 


16. Will I be able to sit with my friends/family?
Yes, if they have reserved seating, you will need to email all of the individual order numbers and names to ljcollins@pvamu.edu by June 30.


17. Is it too late to purchase an inscription for my seat or a brick in the stadium?
No, you will need to call the Prairie View A&M Foundation at 800-707-8138 or go online to www.pvamf.org, and in the lower left corner select "Buy a Brick or Seat Inscription." If you want to add an inscription to a seat you have purchased a season ticket for you must indicate that in the "comment" section during the check-out process. There is a limited quantity of seat inscriptions available for season ticket holders.


18. Will the State Fair game tickets be included in my season pass tickets?
If you purchased your tickets prior to June 2, then the game was included in all football related season ticket packages. However, the game is no longer included going forward.


19. Can I purchase group tickets at a discount?
There are no group tickets available for any games.


20. What is the cost for children's tickets?
Only children 3 and under are free, all other children/youth tickets are the same as adults. 


21. Will I get reserved seating for the State Fair game in my season ticket package?
No, there is no reserved seating available for that game.


22. Will I get complimentary parking in my package for the State Fair game?
No, complementary parking is only available for home games on the Prairie View A&M University campus.


23. Can I purchase tickets for the Texas A&M-Prairie View A&M game at Kyle Field through the PVAMU Ticket office?
Yes. Individual tickets will cost $60 plus delivery charges. More information about this game will be published when tickets go on sale.


24. How much will individual PVAMU home game tickets cost?

25. Can I purchase tickets for the Rice vs Prairie View A&M game in Houston on October 22, 2016 through the PVAMU ticket office?
Yes. Individual tickets will cost $30. Tickets will not be mailed. Tickets will go on sale August 8 and will be available for pickup at the PVAMU ticket office from 9 am to 5 pm (Monday through Thursday) and Friday from 9 am until noon.


26. Are Club and Reserve level tickets sold as Season tickets only or can they be purchased on an individual game basis?
Yes, they will be sold individually if there are still some available after the season ticket sales end on July 29 at noon.
