Zachary Hamilton of the men’s basketball team has been named Student-Athlete of the Month for January Zachary is a junior from Houston, Texas majoring in mechanical engineering, holding a 3.09 GPA
 

1. Why I chose Prairie View: I chose Prairie View for the ultimate college experience choosing Prairie View has set myself up for the things that I want to accomplish in the near future.  

 

2. Most memorable moment in my sport: My most memorable moment in my sport has to be playing against Texas Southern twice every year. The atmosphere of the game is indescribable and a blessing to play in. 

 
 

3. What I want to be doing in the next 5 years:  In five years I want to be the reason why an engineering company is improving and putting my education to use in whatever job I earn.
