The Prairie View A&M Panthers prepare for their final contest of the 2012 season this weekend as they travel to Pine Bluff, Ark. to face the SWAC West Champion Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at 2:30 p.m. in Golden Lion Stadium.

The Panthers are simply playing for pride at this point as they aspire to close out the 2012 season on a positive note.  The team is coming off a disappointing loss to Mississippi Valley State last weekend in which they fell in the closing seconds on the road.  On the road for the second straight week, the Panthers have defeated UAPB in three of the past four meetings, including the past two matchups in Pine Bluff, Ark.

The contest will be broadcast live on KPVU 91.3 FM by Leonard Moon.
