The Prairie View A&M Panthers return to the gridiron after a weekend off to face the Alcorn State Braves in somewhat of an elimination game for both teams on Thursday night in Alcorn State, Miss. at 6:30 p.m.  Both teams are hanging on by a thread in the race for its respective divisional crowns as a loss by either team would eliminate them from the race.  Even though the game will be played Thursday, the contest will not be shown on television.  The contest will be broadcast on KPVU 91.3 FM.
