The Prairie View A&M women's basketball team lost at Texas Tech,  85-43 Tuesday night. 
 
Jeronia Allen led PV with 13 points, six rebounds and four steals.  Alexus Parker posted eight points and five rebounds.  La'Sha Haynes led PV on the boards grabbing 11 rebounds.
 
Texas Tech came out on fire right of the bat opening with a 13-0 lead over the Lady Panthers.  Parker gave PV their first bucket of the night at the 5:33 mark when she hit a jumper.  However, the slow start proved to be the difference in the contest as PVAMU scored only five first-quarter points.  

The Lady Panthers will return to action on Saturday, December 3 when they host Sam Houston in a 3 p.m. contest at the William J. Nicks Building.
