PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The Prairie View A&M Lady Panthers look to return to their winning ways Saturday when they visit Arkansas–Pine Bluff. Tipoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
 
The Lady Panthers (9-12, 5-7 SWAC) enter Pine Bluff looking to snap a four-game losing skid. Lamaria Cole (pictured) leads the Lady Panthers with a scoring average of 15.0 points per game. Her 4.0 assists per game and 2.8 steals per game leads the SWAC in both categories.
 
Senior forward Larissa Scott contributes 11.4 points and a conference-leading average 10.5 rebounds per game for Prairie View A&M. She is tied for 12th in the conference in scoring with teammate Alexus Parker
 
The Arkansas–Pine Bluff Lady Lions (7-17, 3-9 SWAC) have their sights set on snapping a losing streak of their own, having dropped their past three contests. The Lady Lions are coming off an 81-53 loss at Alcorn State on Monday.
 
The Lady Panthers are 30-10 all-time against UAPB. Prairie View A&M's .750 winning percentage is its highest all-time mark against any opponent from the Southwestern Athletic Conference. PVAMU head coach Dawn Brown has never lost to Arkansas–Pine Bluff.
