PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – The Prairie View A&M University women's and men's tennis teams hosted Incarnate Word  at the PVAMU Tennis Courts Friday.
 
The women's team dropped a 6-1 decision, dropping the double point after losses at the one and two positions and a 7-6 win at the three position with the team of 
Sydney Thomas and 
Tatiana Ruhl. 
Trinity Randolph (PVAMU) collected a win at the six position over Alejandra Tanayo (UIC) by the scores of 7-5, 6-3.  
 
The Panthers also dropped their matches, falling 7-0 to the Incarnate Word men's team.
 
The teams will be back in action on Saturday when the women face Abilene Christian University for a 9 a.m. match at the University of Houston, and the men's team will host the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley for an 11 a.m. match at the PVAMU Tennis Center.
