ARLINGTON, Texas – The Prairie View women's and men's tennis teams fell to Oral Roberts.  Men's tennis also lost to SMU in a late afternoon matchup.
 
During the women's match against Oral Roberts the Lady Panthers lost 5-2.  Neharika Rama and Stacy Lackey won their doubles match over Jovana Antonijevic and Petya Simeonova 6-1 at the No. 1 doubles position.  Rama defeated her opponent Andrea Vasijevic 6-3, 6-1 at the No. 1 singles position.  Sydney Thomas also won her match at the No. 3 3-6, 6-0 and forcing a third set 6-2 to get the victory over opponent Cece Cornelius.
 
The men's team fell 7-0 to both Oral Roberts and SMU in their Saturday matches.
 
The men's team will play one match against Texas Arlington on Sunday, February 19 in Arlington.  Both teams will head to Jackson, Miss. when they play in the regular season roundup I on Feb, 24 at 9 a.m.
