PRAIRIE VIEW – The Prairie View A&M women's basketball team (1-4, 0-2) looks to get back on track versus Texas Southern in a pivotal Southwestern Athletic Conference matchup. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. Monday from the Baby Dome.

Ranking second on the team in scoring at 9.4 points per game, she leads the Panthers in rebounding at 6.8 boards a night. Sophomore Diana Rosenthal continues to set the tone offensively, averaging 12.6 points and 6.0 rebounds per game while shooting 40 percent from three.
> PVAMU is 2-1 in its past three home games versus Texas Southern.

Ataiya Bridges is off to an impressive start, averaging 25 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals a game. On the inside, Niya Mitchell will be the top option as she averages 15.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals a game.
> Texas Southern has found notable success from beyond the arc, shooting 40.6 percent from long-range as a team.
