GRAMBLING, La. – The Prairie View A&M University volleyball team did not get the result that they expected as they took a 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-16) loss to Southwestern Athletic Conference leader Grambling State Sunday evening.
How it Happened:
The Lady Panthers managed to keep things as close as possible early in the opening frame as there were five ties. The Lady Tigers eventually pulled away taking the 25-23 first set victory.
Grambling took the next two sets by the scores of 25-16 and 25-16 to complete the sweep and improve to 3-0 in SWAC play.

Kylee Owens tallied a team-high 11 kills, while senior setter
Jakarta Hope dished out 15 assists.
The Lady Panthers wrap up their road trip Monday against Arkansas Pine Bluff for a 6:30 p.m. first serve.
