HOUSTON, Texas -- Prairie View A&M fell 30-0 to Houston Christian on the road Saturday night.
The Huskies improved to 3-4 on the season while the Panthers dropped to 3-4.
Jamarious Brooks paced the Panthers rushing attack by accumulating 14 yards over the course of the game, averaging 4.7 yards per carry. Connor Wisham also added 12 yards on the ground.
Trazon Connley's most prolific target in the ballgame was Chris Herron, who caught four passes for 34 yards.
Cameron Franklin paced the Prairie View A&M defensive effort, recording 12 tackles, 1.0 TFL, one interception, and one recovered fumble. Jamal Marshall added six tackles, 1.5 TFL, and one sack, and Team had in the loss.
Defensively, Prairie View A&M held up fairly well against the Houston Christian passing attack, holding the Huskies to 199 yards through the air.
