SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Antwanique Kinsler and
Asjah Harris will represent the Prairie View A&M women's track & field team at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the West Preliminary Round. This season's opening round of the championships, which will be streamed live on ESPN+, will see the West region compete this Wednesday through Saturday at Hornet Stadium in Sacramento, Calif.

Notables:
>> Harris set a career best of 11.35 in the 100-meter run ranking her 30
th in the west prelims and 23
rd with a time of 23.36 in the 200-meter run finishing first in this year's outdoor SWAC championships in both events.
>> Kinsler dropped a full 120 seconds off her personal best in the 400m run during the 2023 SWAC Championship posting a new PR at 53.60 marking her 46
th in the west preliminaries.

Qualifying student-athletes will advance to the final stage of the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships which will be hosted in the Lone Star State at Mike A Meyers Stadium in Austin, Texas. The 2023 championships will be hosted by the University of Texas and will take place from Wed., June 7, through Sat., June 10.
