PRAIRIE VIEW, TX – The Prairie View A&M University Panthers are gearing up to launch their bowling season with a compelling face-off against the Texas Southern University Tigers on October 12, 2024. It will be a home exhibition match filled with anticipation as the Panthers aim to continue their dominance over the Tigers, having won 25 of their last 27 match ups, including a victory in their most recent encounter in January 2024.

This season marks a significant change for the Panthers as they welcome Tiffany Clark in her debut role as interim head coach. With the match being the first of the season, both the team and Coach Clark are eager to set a positive tone. The event promises to be a significant occasion, not just for the competition but also as an opportunity for fans to catch their first glimpse of the team under new leadership.

Going into the season, the team will have six returning members from last season, including Skylar Alexander, Miranda Fuentes, Jayda Gordon, Caroline Lewis, Amani Moore, and Jaylene Myers. Two new members will be joining the squad: Cailyn Smith and Chandler Townsend.

The historic rivalry between the Panthers and the Tigers adds an extra layer of excitement to the event, which will undoubtedly draw a large crowd of supporters from both universities.
