SAN ANTONIO, TX --The Prairie View A&M volleyball team lost to the UTSA Roadrunners in straight sets (20-25, 21-25, 18-25) Saturday on the road at Convocation Center.
The non-conference loss moved Prairie View A&M to 3-10 on the season.
D'Mya Hill finished with eight kills on the day to lead the Lady Panthers offense. got 11 digs from Tayler Ruffin to lead them defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Lady Panthers found themselves in an early hole, losing the first set 25-20. Prairie View A&M trailed by as many as six points as UTSA grabbed the advantage for good at 11-10 in a set that was knotted up three times before the Roadrunners took control.
SET 2 | Prairie View A&M dropped set two 25-21, digging a 2-0 hole in the match. The Lady Panthers dropped the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before dropping the set.
SET 3 | Prairie View A&M couldn't prolong the match and lost in set number three. The Lady Panthers dropped a tough set 25-18. Prairie View A&M trailed by as many as 11 points as UTSA grabbed the advantage for good at 2-1 in a set that was tied up just once before the Roadrunners took over the lead.
