PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas — Prairie View A&M Football is bringing Panther Nation closer to the program this season
with The Tremaine Jackson Coaches Show, a weekly program featuring Head Football Coach Tremaine Jackson
and hosted by Karl Mayes.
Recorded live every Thursday at Quotes Restaurant at Willowbrook Mall in Houston, the show gives fans an
inside look at PVAMU Football throughout the 2026 season. New episodes will air each Friday on SWAC TV.
The weekly show will combine football analysis, personality, storytelling, and conversations surrounding the
rapidly changing landscape of college athletics. Mayes and Jackson will recap the previous week, break down key
moments, discuss the state of the Panthers, and look ahead to the upcoming opponent.
The program will also feature special guests from Prairie View A&M, athletics, business, entertainment, and the
Houston community throughout the season.
GOTTA GET THERE
A signature feature of the show is "Gotta Get There," a segment designed to take the conversation beyond the
football field.
During the segment, Jackson will sit down with special guests to discuss their journeys, leadership, adversity,
discipline, purpose, and the experiences that helped them reach the next level in their lives and careers.
The segment reflects Jackson's philosophy that many of the principles required to succeed in football —
discipline, obedience, and grit — also translate directly to life beyond athletics.
The show will also tackle current topics impacting college football and NCAA athletics, giving Jackson an
opportunity to discuss the changing landscape of the game from the perspective of a sitting head coach.

The 2026 season follows a historic first year under Jackson, who led Prairie View A&M to the 2025 SWAC
Championship and the program's first Celebration Bowl appearance. Jackson was also named the 2025 SWAC
Coach of the Year.
Now entering Year Two, The Tremaine Jackson Coaches Show will document the next chapter of Panther
Football while giving fans greater access to the conversations, personalities, leadership, and stories surrounding
the program.
