High School: Rose went to regionals three years in a row. At regionals she placed 3rd in the shot put. She also broke three school records in shot put.
 
Personal: Rose was born March 7, 1992. Her parents are Bruce and Corrine Sampson. Along with track and field she also played basketball and softball. She has a major in history with a minor in human performance.
