Honors: 1^st Team All-SWAC (2017, 2018); Honorable mention All-America (BOXTOROW) recently was named to the 2019 STATS FCS Preseason All-America Team as well as the BOXTOROW HBCU Preseason All-America Team in addition to earning Preseason First Team All-SWAC honors.

The winner of the 2019 Black College Football Player of the Year Award will be honored with the Deacon Jones Trophy during the Black College Football Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which takes place on February 15, 2020 in Atlanta. The four award finalists will be announced on December 3.

2018: Played in 10 games. Made 12 passes defended and had three interceptions.  A two-time all-conference honoree, Parker posted an exceptional 2018 campaign where he led the SWAC with 12 passes defended and was tied for second in the SWAC with three interceptions last season, totaling 26 tackles (20 solo) as well.

2017 (11/10): Made 28 tackles (22 solo)…lead team and was tied for second in SWAC with four interceptions, and tied for first in conference with two returns for touchdowns… five pass breakups, nine passes defensed and one fumble recovery...returned interceptions for touchdowns at Alabama St. (9/27; 37 yards) and vs. Bacone (10/28; 44 yards)…also recorded interceptions vs. Sam Houston St. (9/8) and at Incarnate Word (11/16)…made season-high five tackles vs. Jackson State.
