JUNIOR (2012-13): Burton appeared 28 games, starting seven contests in her junior campaign…Averaged 1.8 points per contest, shooting 30.2 percent from the field, while averaging 8.7 minutes per game…Scored a season-high of 10 points with two steals vs. Alabama State (Jan. 26, 2013), and she also played a season-high 23 minutes…Shot a season-high 67.7 percent (4-for-6) from the field vs. Alcorn State (Feb. 28, 2012) en route to scoring nine points off of the bench..
 
SOPHOMORE (2011-12): Averaged 5.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 33 games and 24 starts for Prairie View A&M...recorded six double-digit games with a career-high 18 points scored against Washington State (Nov. 26, 2011)...drained career highs in three-point field goals twice by going 4-for-10 against Washington State (Nov. 26, 2011) and then by shooting 4-for-5 at Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Feb. 20, 2012) in a 16-point performance...had a career-high of five assists against Michigan (Nov. 24, 2011) and then versus Alcorn State (Jan. 3, 2012)...Had a 17-point game versus Grambling State (Feb, 13, 2012), which included a 3-for-3 performance from downtown.
 
JUNIOR COLLEGE:  Spent one season at Blinn Junior College in nearby Brenham, Texas and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention Honors following the 2010-11 campaign…led the Lady Bucs in scoring with 10.7 points per outing and shot 85 percent from the free throw line…also finished the season as one of the top three-point shooters in the region with a 36.5 percent clip…will have three seasons of eligibility remaining at Prairie View A&M.
