Carrington Wilson is freshman point guard from Atlanta, Georgia, and majors in Architecture at Prairie View A&M, Carrington is excited to balance her academic pursuits with her athletic ambitions. She previously played at Stockbridge High School.

Given the chance to play one-on-one with any athlete, Carrington would choose Allen Iverson. Her most memorable moment in sports was winning the Player of the Year award in high school, a testament to her hard work and talent.

Carrington’s passion for basketball is fueled by her older brother and her grandpa, who have been significant sources of inspiration in her life. She acknowledges that commitment and discipline are major challenges for athletes today.

Outside of basketball, Carrington enjoys painting and drawing, which allow her to explore her artistic side. Her favorite food is pasta, and she celebrates her birthday as her favorite holiday because it’s a special day all about her.

Looking forward, Carrington aspires to win the SWAC championship and continue growing as both an athlete and an individual. Her dream job reflects her commitment to personal and athletic excellence. Carrington chose Prairie View A&M because it offers a supportive environment for her to make a name for herself and pursue her major in Architecture.
