Prairie View A&M University Athletics

Alaina Taylor is a Kinesiology major from Temple, Texas, carrying on a proud family tradition as a student at Prairie View A&M University following her sister, great-grandmother, and great-grandfather. A dedicated member of Sanity Sistas, Alaina is eager to learn new tasks within the program and serve as a reliable team player ready for any responsibility.

A passionate sports fan, her favorite sport to cover is football, and her ultimate dream assignment would be covering any Baltimore Ravens game—fitting for a die-hard fan whose favorite celebrity is Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. Looking ahead to the 2026 football season, she is most excited about winning games. For the holidays, nothing beats Christmas for Alaina, as she loves watching football and seeing everyone happy. Outside of her studies and sports coverage, she enjoys going out to eat, window shopping (with steak and Chipotle topping her list of favorite foods), and wishes she could instantly master learning how to swim.
