Alajujuan Sparks Jr. is a graduate student defensive lineman at Prairie View A&M University, standing at an imposing 6'4" and 375 pounds. Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, he is a product of Hoover High School and is pursuing a degree in Health and Physical Education.
A dominant force in the trenches, Sparks brings leadership, experience, and a championship mindset to the field. One of his most cherished moments in football was winning a national championship — a reflection of the high standard he holds himself to. His game day starts with scripture, a walk-through, and mental preparation before locking in for competition.
Off the field, Sparks enjoys video games, music, the arts, and working out. Looking ahead, he aspires to either play professionally or become a head coach at a prestigious college. His long-term goals include winning more championships — as a player or coach — and building a fulfilling life both on and off the field.
Sparks chose Prairie View A&M because of its committed coaching staff and the opportunity to continue developing at a high level.
