Prairie View A&M University Athletics

Austine Anyia, a 6’6”, 290-pound offensive tackle from Los Angeles, California, is a freshman at Prairie View A&M University majoring in Civil Engineering. A Shadow Creek High School graduate, Anyia brings size, skill, and determination to the Panthers’ offensive line.

Anyia enjoys playing video games, watching Star Wars, and playing or watching basketball. His favorite entertainer is The Rock, and his favorite movie is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. He loves Chicken Alfredo, and Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday because of the food and time spent with loved ones.

His most memorable moment in football was witnessing his cornerback score a pick-six on a two-point conversion in double overtime. In five years, Anyia hopes to become the greatest offensive lineman in the world and leverage his platform to create a lasting impact.

He chose Prairie View A&M for the love and support of the coaching staff, along with the rich opportunities the university provides.
