He was named to the 2nd Team All-District in one of the toughest and talented Districts, 7/6A. He is a two year letterman and served as a Co-Captain his senior year. During the season Carl had 48 tackles, 20 solo. 12 tackles for loss, 4 caused fumbles, one recovery and 6.5 sacks. This season, he started as a Sr and played a crucial role to help the team advance to the 2nd round of State Playoffs. His Jr year, Carl was a member of the Desoto Eagles 2016 undefeated State Championship Team-6A Division II. He participates and volunteered with the Youth at his church.
