Clifford E. Fedd Jr. is a dedicated and experienced Running Backs Coach for the Prairie View A&M University Football team. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Fedd brings over two decades of coaching experience to his current role. With a passion for developing players both on and off the field, he has played an instrumental role in shaping successful teams and guiding athletes toward achieving their full potential.
Fedd’s academic journey began at Riverside Community College, where he earned his Associates Degree in 1995. He continued his studies at Valdosta State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Telecommunications in 2000, and later pursued a Master's degree in Special Education at Grand Canyon University, graduating in 2014. His educational background has equipped him with valuable insights into player development and the importance of education and discipline in sports.
Fedd's coaching career began in 2001 at Brooks County High School, where he worked until 2007. He then moved on to coach at Berrien County High School (2008-2010), before returning to Brooks County High School (2011-2016). Fedd's expertise in football has also been demonstrated through his time at Dutchtown High School (2017-2021), Sumter County High School (2022), and Griffin High School (2023-2024). Throughout his coaching career, Fedd has served in various roles, including Assistant Coach for Defensive Backs, Offensive Coordinator for Quarterbacks, and Defensive Coordinator for Defensive Backs/Linebackers, consistently helping his teams excel.
Fedd has had the privilege of coaching numerous standout athletes who have gone on to play at the collegiate level. Some of the notable players include Trey Dean, who signed with the University of Florida in 2017, Kevon Glenn, who signed with Florida State University, and William Anderson, who signed with the University of Alabama. His coaching has consistently resulted in players achieving their goals, earning scholarships, and excelling in their athletic careers.
With a career coaching record of 46-43, Fedd has proven his ability to lead teams to success. His commitment to his players' growth and development continues to be the cornerstone of his coaching philosophy.
