Jadden Matthews, a 5’11”, 185-pound defensive back from Moss Point, Mississippi, is a senior at Prairie View A&M University majoring in Health. A graduate of Moss Point High School, Matthews has developed into a versatile presence in the secondary, able to make an impact at both cornerback and safety.
His most memorable moment on the field came when he helped lead East Mississippi Community College to a State Championship, a highlight that continues to fuel his drive for success. Game days for Matthews begin with prayer, music through his Beats, and careful review of his assignments to ensure he’s locked in mentally and physically.
Off the field, Matthews enjoys working out, fishing, spending time with friends, giving back through community service, and strengthening his relationship with God. His favorite foods include seafood, burgers, wings, and hot fries, and his favorite movie is Chicken Little.
Looking to the future, Matthews dreams of playing in the NFL while also pursuing a career in sports law, real estate investing, and social media. Within the next five years, he hopes to have established himself professionally while continuing to build his legacy.
