Jamarious Brooks, a sophomore running back from Memphis, Tennessee, is pursuing a major in Business Management. He previously attended Central High School.
Kevin Hart is his favorite entertainer, and his all-time favorite movie is Friday. His favorite food includes Rotel and hot wings, and he celebrates Christmas as his favorite holiday due to the festive atmosphere.
In his free time, Jamarious enjoys playing video games. On gameday, his ritual involves focusing on his work, hitting the gym, and then unwinding with some gaming. He views never giving up as one of the greatest challenges for athletes today.
One of Jamarious's most memorable moments in sports was scoring over 40 touchdowns during his senior year. Looking ahead five years, he aspires to be financially stable in his career. His dream job is to become a real estate agent.
He chose Prairie View A&M because he loves the environment and the sense of camaraderie within the team.
