Led his high defensive unit to be one of the top defense in the Houston area. He garnered all-district his junior and senior year. He led his team in tfls and sacks, he recorded over 14 tackles in multiple games his senior year. He was voted defensive player of the year by his coaching staff 2017 and also made the all-academic team. He also was voted a most outstanding defensive player in 2016. Son of two Prairie View A&M University Alums, Father was Jorge Medina former kicker
