Za’Riya Bell-Morris is a Communications major from Spring, Texas, who balances her academic pursuits with collegiate athletics as a member of the PVAMU softball team. Bringing a unique student-athlete perspective to content strategy, Za’Riya combines her creative artistic talents with a drive for campus engagement.

Heading into the media season, Za’Riya is excited to take on a more active role in developing creative initiatives that boost student participation and enthusiasm around PVAMU athletic programs. Her primary goals for the season focus on mastering audience engagement, building a stronger social media presence, taking creative risks, and staying fully present across team projects. Outside of softball and media production, Za’Riya enjoys building Lego sets, painting, and experimenting with detailed makeup looks. One of eight siblings on her father's side, Za’Riya is a fan of Keith Powers, the film Men in Black 3, and chicken Alfredo. She considers Halloween her favorite holiday for the opportunity to express her creativity through costumes and makeup.
