Biography

Prior to PVAMU: Smith is a graduate of Clear Falls High School.  She is a short stop/outfielder that played junior varsity at Cy- Woods High School her freshman year and played at Clear Falls High School her junior year. Destinee is very active in the Camelot program where she works with kids before and after school. She learns how to create curriculums and classroom structure.  Destinee also plays for Texas Diamond Elite Softball Organization on their 18U team.  She is a great leader on her team and plays a major role offensively and defensively. Destinee ended this past fall season  with a .500 batting average and .543 on base percentage.  Destinee will be furthering her softball and academic career at Prairie View A&M University where she will major in Elementary Education.
