Bandin joined the Prairie View A&M softball coaching staff in May of 2022.
Prior to arriving at PVAMU Bandin served as an assistant coach at Union College during the 2021 campaign.
A native of Chandler, Ariz., Bandin began her collegiate career at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix. She then completed her playing career at University of Charleston (W.Va.) and was a member of the Golden Eagles squad that went to the NCAA Division II Women's College World Series in 2016.
Bandin graduated from Charleston in 2017 with a degree in business administration and immediately launched into her coaching career. She spent 2017 season with the RedHawks Softball Organization in Mesa, Ariz., as an assistant and pitching coach. Bandin was the head freshmen team coach for Mesa High School in 2018 before joining the staff at Shorter University (Ga.) as a graduate assistant/pitching coach. While at Shorter, she received her master's in sport management.
Union went 14-7 overall and 3-1 in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) in 2020 before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
