Jasmine Becks enters her fourth season as the assistant softball coach at Prairie View A&M.  

In her second season with the Lady Panthers Becks assisted the team to a historical 30 win season along with the second best losses in the history of the program with 17 (11).

After one complete season she assisted the Lady Panthers to a Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship (2018), and a first time bid to the NCAA Regionals.
 
Prior to coming to PVAMU Becks served at Jarvis Christian College in 2016 as an assistant.  Before beginning her professional career she was a volunteer assistant softball coach at Texas College, where she was added to the staff as a full time assistant in 2014.

As a former alumni of Texas College Becks became the assistant volunteer coach for Texas College women's volleyball 2015-2016.

Becks began her college career playing in the NAIA conference at Texas College from 2010-2014, which includes both women's softball and women's basketball. She received outstanding award, while attending Texas College such as A-honor roll, deans list, presidential scholar, women's basketball most improved, women's softball defensive player of the year, women's softball offensive player of the year.

Becks served as a valued and trusted leader in her college career as the president of FCA (Fellow Christian Athletes), while attending Texas College. Becks is apart of the Alpha Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society since 2014.

In addition, Becks holds both a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates of Arts degree from Texas College. She is also the Head coach and head of player development and coaching for the 18u Texas Strike Force-Drake Team.
