Samantha Guillory is a sophomore catcher from Katy, Texas, wearing jersey #27. She is majoring in Marketing and graduated from Paetow High School.

Softball has taught her the importance of adapting to change. Her favorite movie is Wall-E, and her favorite entertainer is Post Malone. Samantha enjoys any home-cooked meal, and Christmas is her favorite holiday because it combines the colder weather with her birthday, which is two days before.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and crocheting. One of her most memorable moments in softball is when the team comes together to dig deep for a win.

In five years, Samantha hopes to look back on her career with happiness, and her dream job is one that offers a good salary to provide for a future family while still being able to be present for them. She chose Prairie View A&M because of the unique and welcoming atmosphere that stood out to her.
