Darcie Kaiser is entering her second season with Prairie View A&M University as the assistant volleyball coach, where she has made significant contributions to the team’s success.
During the 2023 season, she played a pivotal role in helping guide the Lady Panthers to the semi-finals of the SWAC tournament, achieving a strong overall record of 19-13. Under her coaching, standout players like Janyah Henderson earned Freshman of the Year honors, while Leah Lawson and Kylee Owens were recognized with First and Second Team All-Conference accolades.
Before joining PVAMU, Kaiser served as a graduate assistant coach at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, from 2022 to 2023. There, she helped lead the team to the Quarterfinals of the Great American Conference Tournament, with the team finishing the season at 15-14 overall.
Kaiser's playing career includes two seasons at Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming, where she led the team in kills in 2019. She also played during the COVID-affected season and her senior year at East Central University, contributing to the team’s advancement to the Quarterfinals both seasons. Her playing positions included Outside Hitter/Right Side and Defensive Specialist.
Kaiser is a native of Eaton, Colorado. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Education in Sports Administration, both from East Central University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in May 2022 and her Master’s degree in December 2023.
