The Prairie View A&M Panthers continue their road swing with a match-up at UCLA on Saturday evening at Pauley Pavilion. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. CST and will be televised live on the Pac-12 network.
?This marks the second consutive year the Panthers will battle UCLA.
?The Panthers are coming off a 100-52 loss to UCLA on Wednesday night.
?UCLA is led by new head coach Steve Alford this season. Alford is 5-0 lifetime against SWAC schools with games against Texas Southern, Alabama State and Grambling State.
?PVAMU head coach Byron Rimm II will have a homecoming of sorts as he played college basketball at Ventura College and Cal State, Los Angeles. Rimm also coached at Pasadena City College, Chaffey CC and Cal State University, San Bernardino.
?Junior guard Montrael Scott is having a career season so far with a team-high 13.7 points per game.
