The Prairie View A&M Panthers kick off the 2014-15 season on the road in Fort Worth, Texas as they'll battle TCU on Friday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. Due to a $59 million dollar renovation of TCU's Daniel-Meyer Colisum, the contest will take place at Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Byron Rimm II has two of the four wins with season-opening wins in 2011 and 2009. This marks the fifth meeting all-time between TCU and Prairie View A&M and the first since 2012. TCU holds a 4-0 mark in the all-time series.
Prairie View A&M returns four starters from last year's team which advanced to the finals of the SWAC Basketball Tournament for the second consecutive season. The Panthers also return a total of six letterwinners but lose a total of seven lettermen. Senior guard
Montrael Scott received first team preseason honors as the Prairie View A&M men's basketball team was picked to finish sixth in the annual SWAC Men's Basketball Preseason poll.
Following Friday's game, the Panthers head to Stillwater, Okla. for a 2 p.m. showdown at Oklahoma State on Sunday.
