A trip to the state of Wisconsin awaits the PVAMU Panthers tonight as they'll battle the 2014-15 NCAA Finalist Wisconsin Badgers at 7 p.m. live on the Big Ten Network.

THE LAST TIME
Wednesday's contest marks PVAMU's fifth game against a Big Ten opponent since 1992 as they've played Wisconsin (2x), Michigan State and Purdue. The Panthers are 0-4 all-time against the Big Ten.

RIMM vs. THE BIG TEN
Wednesday's game marks the fourth time head coach Byron Rimm II will face a Big Ten opponent as PVAMU's head coach. Rimm is 0-3 with games at Michigan State and Wisconsin.

WISCONSIN AND THE SWAC
Wisconsin is 10-0 all-time against teams from the SWAC. Since Bo Ryan took over the program, he's 6-0 against the SWAC as he defeated Mississippi Valley State in 2011,Prairie View A&M in 2013 and 2010, Grambling State in 2009, Southern in 2008 and Texas Southern in 2002.

ABOUT UW
A member of the Big Ten, Wisconsin is coming off back-to-back Final Four appearances as they fell in the title game to Duke last season. The Badgers are 3-2 this season with losses to Western Illinois and Georgetown.

SWAC vs. BIG TEN
Since 1980, the SWAC is 3-49 against teams from the Big Ten Conference. The last time the SWAC recorded a win over the Big Ten occurred last season as Texas Southern defeate Michigan State in overtime. On Dec. 28, 2003, Mississippi Valley State defeated Northwestern 49-47. Current PVAMU athletic director Ashley Robinson was on MVSU's team at the time. In 1994, Texas Southern defeated Minnesota 71-50.
