HUNTSVILLE, Texas –   The Prairie View A&M University fell to Sam Houston on Saturday in an afternoon match up in a 3-0 decision.
 
The Lady Panthers dropped the match by the scores of 25-16, 25-16 and 25-15.
 
The team was led offensively by sophomore Larrisa Martinez, on the defensive side junior Christine Augustine had 17 dig for the Lady Panthers.  Sophomore Erica Jiminez dished out 11 assists for PVAMU.
 
Prairie View A&M volleyball will return to the court on Tuesday, Oct. 17 when they face McNeese at 6:30 p.m. in Lake Charles, La.
