PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas– In their final non-conference game of the season, the Prairie View A&M volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Houston Baptist, Wednesday night at the William J. Nicks Baby Dome.
 
The Lady Panthers lost by the scores of 25-15, 25-14 and 25-22.
 
Mykaeli Franklin led the Lady Panthers with eight assists, while Christen Augustine and Tatierra Johnson each had 11 digs apiece. Larissa Martinez had six kills. 
 
PVAMU volleyball will travel to Montgomery, Ala., to participate in the SWAC East Roundup hosted by the defending SWAC Champion Alabama State.  The first match will begin on Friday, when the Lady Panthers face Alabama A&M at 12:30 p.m. and Mississippi Valley at 3 p.m.
