PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – Prairie View A&M University volleyball team had their home opener against a competitive McNeese St. Tuesday night at the William J. Nicks Babydome falling 3-0.
 
The Lady Panthers lost the sets by the scores of 25-22, 26-24, and 25-14.

Taylor Goudeau made an impact on the game with her 14 kills, she was the only player that posted double digits on her team.  Christen Augustine had 11 digs while Asena Tapaevalu had 10 digs to end the game.
 
The Lady Panthers stayed in the game with their defense having seven blocks.  Erica Jimenez led the team with 19 assist, not too far from her was Mykaeli Franklin with 14 assist.
