PRAIRIE VIEW – The Prairie View A&M soccer team is set to open the 2021 spring campaign with home dates versus Incarnate Word. The Lady Panthers face UIW Friday evening for Student and Fan Appreciation night.
Seating will be limited to 25 percent capacity inside the PVAMU Soccer Complex, and masks will be required for attendees.
"The preparation has been different, but we're so excited to finally get started and get this game in," PVAMU Head Soccer Coach
Sonia Curvelo said. "We looking to see where we are right now, but the way we look at it is that nothing is guaranteed. Everything is about getting one step closer to another championship, and only two teams in the SWAC have ever gone back-to-back. I think we have what it takes to do it. Every player matters, and every player has to be ready."
