BOX SCORE 1 | BOX SCORE 2 PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – The Prairie View A&M University men's tennis took on Lamar in doubleheader action on Saturday at home losing both games 6-1 to the visiting Cardinals.

How it Happened:

• The Cardinals took the doubles match to open up the day.  The doubles No. 1 team of Jorge Juarez and Diego Hatem won by the score of 6-3.
• The Panthers were able to take the No. 2 single set with Hatem taking the game by the score of 2-6, 6-4, 10-7.  Which was the only tiebreaker game of the day.
• Game two had the similar 6-1 results, but this time Juarez earned the No. 1 singles set by the scores of 6-2 and 6-3.

Prairie View A&M will be up against Texas A&M Corpus Christi on Wednesday, January 18 for doubleheader action at 12:30 and 3 p.m. at home.
