BATON ROUGE, -- Prairie View fell to Southern U. 2-1 Sunday (Oct. 15) on the road at A.W. Mumford.

Prairie View fell to 2-10-0 overall and 2-4-0 in SWAC play after the defeat.

How it Happened

Prairie View grabbed a 1-0 lead when Nalonie Allgeier scored her second goal of the season in the eighth minute.

The Lady Jaguars leveled the match on a goal from Deja Griffin in the 32nd minute.

Southern U. then took a 2-1 lead on Tori Thomas' 62nd-minute goal. The 2-1 score held to the end of the game.
