Prairie View A&M's basketball team is back on the road to take on the Mississippi Valley Delta Devils, in a highly-anticipated SWAC conference clash on January 11, 2025. The Panthers, who have historically shown dominance by winning 20 of their last 28 encounters against the Delta Devils and took one of the two games last season, are looking to continue their impressive streak.

Key players such as Tanahj Pettway and Nick Anderson are expected to lead the way for the Panthers. Pettway, boasting 238 points, and Anderson, with 227 points, are the top two scorers in the SWAC. In addition to his scoring prowess, Anderson also leads the conference in free throw accuracy, maintaining an impressive .846 percentage. Other critical players include Braelon Bush, Jordan Tillmon, and Orlando Horton Jr., who have all played pivotal roles this season.
