PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – The Prairie View A&M men's basketball team (2-0) is back on the road this weekend, heading to Wichita, Kansas, to face the Wichita State Shockers (1-0) on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 6:00 p.m. CDT inside Charles Koch Arena.

Matchup Overview
The Panthers enter Saturday's contest with momentum after opening the season with two convincing wins, including a dominant 95-48 victory over the College of Biblical Studies in their season opener. Prairie View A&M is led by head coach Byron Smith, now in his 11th season at the helm. The Shockers were picked to finish fifth in the American Athletic Conference preseason poll and open the season ranked No. 119 in KenPom. Despite a youthful roster, Mills' squad remains disciplined defensively and efficient in half-court execution.
