SAN ANTONIO - Prairie View A&M women's basketball travels to San Antonio this weekend for a non conference match up against UTSA as part of the Roadrunners' Hoops for the Holidays contest. Tip off is set for Saturday at 1 p.m. inside the Convocation Center, marking UTSA's final non conference home game of the 2025 season.

The Lady Panthers enter the contest at 2-6 overall and look to build momentum after earning wins over Texas College and Huston-Tillotson earlier this year. Prairie View has been led by CJ Wilson, who is averaging 17.6 points and 7.0 rebounds per game while also anchoring the defense. Wilson leads the team with 12 steals and seven blocks. Crystal Schultz adds 12.5 points per game, while Alana Shields has dished out a team-high 20 assists this season.

UTSA comes in at 3-5 overall and will be looking to bounce back after losses to UNLV and No. 14/15 Baylor last week. Despite the setback against the nationally ranked Bears, the Roadrunners showed resilience, out rebounding Baylor 40-31 while scoring more second-chance points and points in the paint.

Senior Ereauna Hardaway led UTSA in that contest, tying her season high with 15 points while adding five assists and four rebounds. Sophomore Mia Hammonds recorded 10 points and eight rebounds, while Damara Allen and freshman Adriana Robles chipped in nine points apiece.
