PRAIRIE VIEW, TX – The Prairie View A&M Panthers are gearing up for their final home and regular season tennis match of the season, taking place at the PVAMU Tennis Complex on April 7, 2025, against the Grambling State University Tigers.

This significant matchup not only marks the culmination of the regular season but also serves as a pivotal moment before the SWAC Championships next week. The Panthers hold a commanding lead in their history against the Tigers, boasting a perfect record with 10 wins in as many matches. Their last encounter in March 2024 saw the Panthers emerge victorious with a decisive 4-0 win.

Adding to the day's festivities, the match will honor senior Cierra García, who has dedicated her entire college career to the Panthers, contributing significantly to the team over the years. The game is set to begin at 10 AM, promising a day of competitive tennis and celebration for the home crowd as they bid farewell to their regular season and a valued team member.
