BOZEMAN, MT --The Prairie View A&M volleyball team fell to the South Dakota Coyotes in three sets (23-25, 19-25, 19-25) Sunday at Shroyer Gym.
The non-conference loss dropped Prairie View A&M to 0-3 on the season.
The Lady Panthers were led by a double-double from Kylee Owens, who registered 13 kills and 12 digs on the day. D'Mya Hill also added 14 kills to help the offense. On the defensive end, Leila Smalls chipped in for with 22 digs to go with six blocks from Adlene Jideofor.

SET 2 | A 25-19 second-set loss put Prairie View A&M behind 2-0 in the match. Prairie View A&M trailed by as many as six points as South Dakota grabbed the advantage for good at 15-14 in a set that was tied up nine times before the Coyotes took over in the second half of the stanza.
SET 3 | Prairie View A&M couldn't prolong the match and lost in set number three. The Lady Panthers fell behind on the first point and never took the lead before losing the set 25-19.
