Prairie View A&M University's standout golfer, Kacey Menyoli, is set to compete in the prestigious 2025 Jackson T. Stephens Cup, taking place September 15–17 at the scenic Shoreacres Golf Club in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
Each year, the Jackson T. Stephens Cup gathers a competitive field consisting of 12 teams—six men's and six women's squads—alongside 12 individual participants from Military Service Academies and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). With a strong legacy of PVAMU players in past tournaments, the event organizers are proud to extend an invitation to Kacey, recognizing her as one of the top collegiate talents representing her school.
The tournament schedule offers a blend of practice, competition, and camaraderie. Beginning with player and coach arrivals on Saturday, September 13, Kacey will participate in registration and a welcome dinner that sets the tone for the competition. Sunday, September 14, includes a practice round in the morning followed by a College-Am event and an optional dinner hosted by Shoreacres members.
The competition heats up on Monday, September 15, with 36 holes of stroke play across two rounds. Depending on standings, Tuesday will include the completion of the second round if necessary, followed by the final round of 18 holes. The event will conclude with an award ceremony recognizing top performers among the individual men's and women's participants.
This opportunity marks a significant milestone in Kacey Menyoli's golfing career and highlights Prairie View A&M's ongoing commitment to excellence in collegiate athletics. As she prepares to tee off against some of the nation's best, the PVAMU community stands behind her with pride and anticipation.
