Jackson racks up 3 hits in Prairie View A&M's loss to SFA

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas --Breayna Jackson strung together three hits, but the Prairie View A&M Panthers fell to the SFA Ladyjacks 12-4 Tuesday.

Gabrielle Larson (6-3) got the ball to start for Prairie View A&M (19-13) and took the loss.

In addition to her three hits, Jackson had a double to lead the Panthers. Caidence Martin put together a noteworthy performance at the plate as well, going 2-for-3 with a double and a walk. Kirstyn Jones also helped out for Prairie View A&M, putting together one hit in two trips to the plate while adding a walk and an RBI.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Trailing 2-0, the Panthers first put runs on the board in the second inning. Jones came across to score the lone run of the inning for Prairie View A&M and get them on the board.
