Prairie View A&M women's golf closed its regular season with a fourth-place finish at the Women in Golf Foundation Tournament, led by Fernanda Randon's tie for fifth in the individual standings at Cinco Ranch Club in Katy, Texas.

The two-day event began March 31 and concluded April 2, with teams playing 36 holes on the opening day and a final round on the last day. Competing against women's golf programs from across the country, the Panthers turned in a steady showing and were paced by Randon, who posted matching rounds of 75 in all three rounds for a 54-hole total of 225.

Randon's consistency kept Prairie View A&M in the mix throughout the tournament. Kacey Menyoli added a 17th-place finish with 231 strokes, giving the Panthers a second strong individual result. Michaiah Joubert finished tied for 20th, while Madison Williams placed 28th. Briann Briggs tied for 32nd and Ariell Belser tied for 35th, rounding out the Prairie View A&M lineup.

The Panthers' depth helped secure the fourth-place team finish in a field that featured several programs from around the nation. While detailed hole-by-hole scoring was not available, Prairie View A&M's three-round totals reflected a lineup that stayed competitive over the full 54 holes, particularly with Randon delivering the tournament's top finish for the team.

The team will now turns its attention to the Southwestern Athletic Conference championships, scheduled for April 13-15 in Birmingham, Alabama.
